How to make a claim?
- Call us on the appropriate number below to inform us of your insurance claim.
- We will ask you for your name, policy number and brief details of the claim.
- We will ask you to complete the appropriate claim form and return it by post or email.
- We will let you know if we need any additional documents to support your claim.
Each individual claim will be assigned a reference number and a claims handler. Please ensure your policy number or claim reference is written clearly on any documentation sent in to us.
