Quality Management Systems| IPB is committed to the delivery of a quality service to all clients. As a demonstration of this commitment the company ensures all of its operational systems meet the highest quality standards. In 2002 the company was accredited by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) and awarded ISO 9001:2000. In 2009 the company reregistered and was awarded ISO 9001:2008. The company's commitment to quality is repeatedly demonstrated throughout the year through repeated audits carried out by NSAI. We welcome comments and suggestions from clients on how we can improve our quality of services. It is through this feedback that we can improve and plan the delivery of new services to assist in the management of risk. |
